The challenge

A consulting firm had a proven methodology for advising clients, but it lived in slide decks and spreadsheets. Every new engagement meant rebuilding the same diagnostic from scratch, and there was no consistent way to show clients evidence of progress once a programme was underway. The firm needed to productise its own IP into something repeatable, defensible and presentable under its own brand.

Context

The client's consultants were experienced practitioners but not technologists, so the platform had to be self-serve for their team while feeling premium and trustworthy to the clients they in turn advised. It also needed to work as both a marketing site for attracting new engagements and a working tool for delivering existing ones.

Our approach

VibeStudio mapped the firm's existing diagnostic questions and scoring logic, then built a scored client diagnostic that consultants could run live with a prospect. That fed into an evidence-tracked delivery programme, where actions, decisions and outcomes are logged against the original diagnosis, and a delivery cockpit that gives consultants and their clients a shared view of progress. The whole platform sits behind the firm's own branding, so it looks and feels like an in-house product rather than a bought-in tool.

The results

The firm now runs every new engagement through a consistent, scored diagnostic instead of a one-off slide deck, and can show clients a live, evidenced record of progress throughout delivery, something that previously did not exist in any structured form.
