The challenge

Lesley Gallagher ran a well-regarded hypnotherapy practice on Loch Fyne, but new clients could only book by phone, and the existing site did little to explain what each treatment actually involved or reassure a nervous first-time visitor. That friction was costing bookings from people who found the practice online but did not follow through.

Context

Clients coming to clinical hypnotherapy for the first time are often anxious and want to know exactly what to expect before committing. The site needed a calm, trustworthy tone that matched the practice itself, plain-language treatment guides, and a booking flow that removed the barrier of having to phone during business hours.

Our approach

VibeStudio designed a calm, atmospheric site drawing on the practice's Loch Fyne setting, then wrote plain-language guides for each treatment so prospective clients understand what a session involves before they arrive. We added a client reviews section for social proof and replaced the phone-only booking process with online appointment booking, so a visitor can book directly from the page they are reading.

The results

Bookings rose by around 300% in the first month after launch, with clients now booking directly online instead of needing to call during opening hours, removing the biggest single barrier to converting an interested visitor into a client.
