The challenge

Agency owners and coaches who rely on consistent outreach, meetings, posts, events and conversations, often lose track of whether they are actually doing enough of it, because generic CRMs are too heavy for tracking simple weekly activity and spreadsheets do not build momentum on their own.

Context

The tool needed to be lightweight enough to update in seconds after a meeting or a post, while still surfacing the kind of feedback, streaks, best weeks, lifetime totals, that keeps someone motivated to keep logging activity rather than abandoning the habit after a few weeks.

Our approach

VibeStudio built a focused business app rather than a stripped-down CRM, centred entirely on logging four activity types: meetings, posts, events and conversations. Every log immediately updates a personal dashboard of streaks, best weeks and lifetime totals, turning a simple logging habit into a small feedback loop that rewards consistency.
